Winemaker Mac Forbes sources Pinot Noir from multiple sites in the Yarra Valley to make this bottling. Around 5% of the grapes are whole cluster fermented, and all of them are treated to a gentle maceration process. The resulting wine is light and pretty in color, with delicate notes of chalk, cherries and green herbs on the palate. This one could definitely take a chill!
