Description
Verdesse is one of the oldest grape varieties in the world and nearly gone, with only 13 hectares being grown, world-over. This wine is exquisite, with white flowers and grapefruit on the nose and a complex mineral palate with mouthwatering acidity. Stunningly round and succulent while remaining refreshing and tart. organic, hand picked fruit, native yeast fermentation and very limited sulphur at bottling.
