Description
Winemaker Jonas Seckinger takes many of his cues from some of our favorite producers in the Jura and Chablis. This Riesling comes from a single plot in his vineyard that is fermented completely dry. The resulting wine has sharp acidity with some notes of grapefuit pith as well as green piney aromatics.
