Benoit Lahaye grows his grapes in the commune of Bouzy, which is in the Champagne region Montagne de Reims. This wine is made from 100% hand-harvested Pinot Noir, which is macerated whole-cluster on the skins for 3 days. The still wine is not filtered before the second fermentation. The wine intensely flavored - plums, blood oranges and a little bit of baking spice.
