Bodegas Estefania Tilenus grows their Godello on a dairy farm turned vineyard in Bierzo. The wine is made using whole clusters of grapes. It's got a flinty backbone, but drinks incredibly bright - think one of those tropical fruit salads that also has bits of green apple mixed in.
