Sacha-ish Chili Miso Condiment



Sacha-ish Chili Miso Condiment is developed in collaboration with Pay Chen, a familiar face and voice on TV and radio stations across Canada, and writes about food and lifestyle for some of the country's premier publications. Pay is Taiwanese-Canadian, and Sacha-ish is inspired in part by her some of her favourite food memories of hot pot where dipping sauces like shāchá jiàng were always a feature at the dinner table. Expect earthy, salty-sweet, umami packed flavours that will add some depth with a little tangy, spicy twist to whatever you're making! Try it in: stir fries, as a dumpling sauce, mixed into noodles, as a marinade for chicken and meats, and even as a vegan nduja!
