Domaine de Montbourgeau Cremant du Jura Blanc, NV, 750ml
A dry sparkling Chardonnay made in the Champagne method. The vineyards are Chardonnay plantings but occasionally Savagnin vines are intermingled. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in barrel for 2 years before liqueur d'expedition is added for re-fermentation in the bottle to make the bubbles. Indigenous yeasts, whole custer ferment, no fining, and no dosage.
