100% Trousseau Gris grown at Fanucchi-Wood Road Vineyard (Russian River Valley AVA), which is one of the only standing plots of Trousseau Gris remaining in California. This wine is hand-harvested and crushed by foot to soak on the skins and juice overnight. The flavor is delicate - rocky minerals and just barely ripe strawberries.
