Description
A slightly chilled down liter bottle with a crown cap is just the thing for an apertivo or an impromptu dinner. Sfera collaborates with multiple small certified-organic farmers to bottle liters in limited runs.
This is a naturally produced skin contact (orange) wine from Puglia. Made from the indigenous to the region Verdeca grape. Vinified in stainless steel with around 2 weeks of skin contact. Unfined and unfiltered. Very low SO2.
